Spring Break!!

Yaaaaaay it's Spring break! Guess what I'm gonna do!??! Noooo it's not going to Hawaii. Or Oregon. Washington, Arizona, or Cancun just like everyone else.... I'm just gonna catch up on my sleep :D

Nothin' else.

If I actually went somewhere for Spring Break I would probably be miserable and hate it. A lot. Earlier this week I had gotten some weirdo sickness that I wasn't sure what it was, probably the flu or something. But anyway, I was always extremely tired. I had headaches, stomachaches, a horribly low appetite, and was very grumpy. One day when I woke up to take a shower I was feeling fine, but after ten seconds of standing in the water made me so dizzy that I couldn't stand up and see anything clearly. Yet I still went to school.

But as of today I'm feeling pretty great. Except I really want to eat all the time, As usual....

So far, though, my Spring Break is going fine. The first three days were spent at home doing nothing but taking showers in the morning, then relaxing up until about five o'clock which was when we went on a "family walk". My mom thinks that we have to walk EVERY day because we don't get any exercise other than that. Which is not true. I actually signed up for a sport in school this year!!

That's right, Katie Sparhawk- Volleyballer. I'm pretty proud of myself, mostly because I've never imagined myself in volleyball, ever. But it's actually quite fun. It's also really fun to watch all of the other girls get insanely mad and depressed because they didn't get on Varsity. Of course I didn't get on Varsity, I already knew that, but when I joined some of my friends that wanted me on their team said "Try your hardest because me and ___ are most likely going to get onto Varsity 1 or 2."

And you guessed it, they didn't. GASP.

And they were SO SO pissed. Mwahaha

I kinda feel bad for them because they were thinking that they were so amazing during tryouts, and then the coaches practically told them they weren't. The coaches also seemed to have a hard time explaining that Varsity weren't the "Good" people, and that they were just slightly "better". She said once, "We just had to choose the best people for Varsity.... I MEAN THE "BETTER" PEOPLE!!".

It was funny.

But I'm glad I didn't make Varsity for a few reasons. 1) My butt would get seriously kicked. 2) All of the people on Varsity are people that I don't usually hang out with. And they're athletic, which I am not. 3) If I had gotten on Varsity and some of my closest friends didn't, I wouldn't hear the end of it.

Volleyball is still a ton of fun, especially since the JV coach let us chose who was on Jv1 and 2, so all my friends are on my team. Our first game is the tuesday after Spring Break, so I'm kinda nervous since we've only had a week and a half of practice. Other than that we seem good to go!

Well, typing is starting to get kinda boring (And I'm running out of ideas). So I shall bid you random people that might read my blog goodbye...

I love you my little lemon drops ;D
